Weight loss is 80% nutrition.

Everyone always says "Getting lean is hard!" and David says "Of course its hard , it's the hard that makes it great if it weren't hard everybody would do it! Now go do it and let it start getting easier.

The first half hour of cardio just sets you up for the second half hour. It is the second half hour that burns the fat.

If you stick to basics all along you never have to get back to basics.

Fat burning is an exact science, weight training is an art. Make sure you understand this and know how to approach each one.

Fat burning is boring. You have to be patient to become lean...it doesn't happen overnight. But most of all you must be persistent in your patience.

Stop trying, start believing and it will happen.
